Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on all of our products. Should something go wrong, email us at warranty@bovem.co and we'll take it from there.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Shipping 

We work closely with our courier to ensure that your Bovem package reaches you as soon as possible, wherever you are. Regular shipping time after your order is processed is as follows:

Singapore: 2-3 business days

International Express: 3-8 business days

International Standard: 7-18 business days

Wherever you are, we ship to you for free. Our packaging is so discreetly designed, you won't even know it's a balls trimmer till you open it. 

Here's how it'll work – you order, we process, then we ship.

Allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your order is shipped out. You’ll get a shipment notification email as soon as your package ships. For more details, kindly refer to our Shipping Policy.

1. If your order hasn't been processed yet, email support@bovem.co and include your order number, full name and new address. Please double-check all information before confirming your order.

2. We are not liable for any losses incurred if incorrect details for you order is provided and do not issue refunds on orders not received due to incorrect details provided. 

Returns & Exchanges 

Like we said – if it nicks, it reeks. If you've unfortunately received a defective product or experienced any cuts, get in touch with us at warranty@bovem.co. You must send us your order number, along with a photo (or video if required) of the product and the associated damage. Once we receive your message we'll contact you with instructions.
