The bulk of our design process happens in Singapore.
We work with makers in China, India, and Singapore to offer the optimal balance of quality workmanship and value we’ve been able to source, so this is where all of our products come to life.
We recognise that there may be concerns when manufacturing in these regions, so all our major suppliers must comply with Bovem’s Supplier Code of Conduct. We also work closely with each supplier to ensure that environmental and social responsibilities are taken seriously.

Please store the products at room temperature and away from heat and direct sunlight.
All orders (except subscription replenishments) come with a tracking number which we will send to you via email. Please allow 48 hours from purchase for the shipping confirmation email and tracking details to be updated.

We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days. Delivery times vary from 2 - 8 business days with express shipping and 7 - 18 business days with regular shipping depending on the shipping address.
In a few locations around the world we don’t offer an express option as the express service in those regions may not be reliable enough, or there are currently no options available in that region.
We’ll do everything we can to make sure you receive your products in time. If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, email our customer support team at email@example.com with your order details.
You can edit your subscription’s products, renewal date, shipping address, and payment information through your Bovem account. All edits must be made prior to your subscription’s scheduled renewal date.
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. This will take place effective immediately and you will not be billed following the date of your cancellation.

Bovem customers live all across the globe, so we ship anywhere internationally. All P.O. box orders will be processed with standard shipping.
The short list we are unable to ship includes: Barbados, Estonia, Mongolia, and Israel.
Please note that some countries require the buyer to pay customs fees. All fees imposed during shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
If you decline to pay for the custom fees and customs is holding your package, customs will deem the package abandoned and you will NOT receive a refund.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. In the event that you’re not satisfied with our products or if you change your mind within 30 days of you receiving your order, we’ll refund your order in full. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our customer service team will assist you and discuss how to return the product. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product back to us.
We reserve the right to refuse orders and refunds, including those which our payments processing partners have identified as fraudulent.
Your refund will be processed within 8-10 business days of us receiving your returned order and may take up to 2 business days to be returned to your account.
All Bovem products come with a one year limited warranty. Which means that if you have any manufacturing faults within one year from the original date of purchase, we’ll fix or replace it for you.
The limited warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, products bought second hand or without proof of purchase directly from Bovem and cosmetic damages. These include bumps, scratches, general wear and tear and have no impact on how the products are used or their functionality.
