BOVEM Warranty

Your BOVEM products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials, giving you confidence after every purchase.

Our Limited Warranty

BOVEM warrants eligible products to be free from defects in workmanship and material during the applicable warranty period. If a defect occurs under normal use, we may repair or replace the defective product or part.

If a product is limited edition or discontinued, we may replace it with an equivalent model based on availability.

What The Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing faults or material defects
  • Defects that occur under normal product use
  • Approved repairs or replacements during the warranty period
  • Replacement coverage for six months or the remaining original warranty period, whichever is greater

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper maintenance, unauthorised repairs, modifications, disassembly, normal wear and tear, or external causes beyond our control.

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Neglect or failure to follow product care instructions
  • Unauthorised repairs, alterations, or disassembly
  • Damage caused by external conditions such as excessive force, water damage, or electrical issues
  • Products purchased from unauthorised retailers

How To Submit A Warranty Claim

To start a warranty request, contact our support team with the required details so we can review your claim as quickly as possible.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The product purchased
  • The seller name, if purchased from an authorised BOVEM retailer
  • Proof of purchase
  • Product purchase date
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the problem

Warranty Review Timeline

Once your claim is submitted, our team will review the details and contact you with the next steps. We generally aim to notify customers of the decision within 5–7 business days.

Approved Warranty Claims

If your warranty request is approved, we will email you with instructions on how your repair or replacement will be handled.

Warranty coverage after a replacement continues for six months from receipt of the replacement product or for the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is greater.

Important Warranty Notes

This warranty only applies to eligible products purchased directly from BOVEM or an authorised retailer. Products purchased from unauthorised sellers are not covered.

There are no express warranties other than the BOVEM Limited Warranty stated on this page.
