Shipping policy
Our products can be shipped internationally. For shipping estimates for your country, please check here.
All orders above US$25 are eligible for free delivery. A flat-rate shipping fee is charged otherwise. Express shipping may be offered for APAC, US, and Canada orders when available.
We aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once you purchase a BOVEM product, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email which will be followed by a shipping notification with tracking information to the email address input during checkout once your order has been processed and shipped.
We have warehouses in the US and Singapore. We do our best to ship from the nearest warehouse, however, this is not guaranteed and depends on stock availability.

Shipping Information
- Asia-Pacific and eligible European orders are shipped with carbon-neutral shipping via Shippit, who offsets 100% of the carbon emissions with the Carbon Neutral Group.
- Eligible United States and Canada orders are shipped via USPS.
- International orders are shipped via Basic (International) Airmail.
- Lightweight shipments may be sent via Basic Mail.
* International orders may be subjected to International Import, Duty, VAT, & Customs Fees. Shipping costs charged by BOVEM™ do not include customs duties and taxes. We have no control or estimates on this as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. These additional fees will be the buyers responsibility. You may contact your local customs office for more information before you order.
