We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from BOVEM™, you will have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or a refund.
All items on SALE are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
For products purchased from a distributor or marketplace site, the respective returns policy will apply. Please contact them directly for more information. Products purchased from an unauthorised retailer will not be covered by our Returns Policy.
Returns Process: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer compensation within 30 days from the point of delivery, once it is validated.
Step 1. To initiate your refund request, please visit our Help Center to ensure your return eligibility. Alternatively, contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include: (1) Your name, (2) Order Number, (3) the product(s) you wish to return and (4) a brief summary of your reason for return.
Step 2. If your return request is approved, you can return your parcel to us using your local postal service or a courier. (Kindly note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping and cannot take responsibility for items lost in the return transit. We also highly recommend having this sent on a tracked service).
Step 3. Please download, print off, and complete a returns form and ensure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods. Please mark 'Returned Items' clearly on the outer packaging and indicate it on any customs declaration form (if any).

Your returned parcel receipt must show our returns address as the destination. If it does not, kindly submit (1) a return tracking number, or (2) a photo of your parcel clearly labelled with the returns address.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. We may take up to 5-10 business days to process your refund to the original payment method upon receiving the returned parcel.
We reserve the right to track return details and refuse returns if we believe that a customer is likely to take advantage of our returns policy.
BOVEM™ is unable to provide a full refund on orders marked as "Refused" or "Returned to Sender", including cases when customers refuse to fulfil customs payments or pick up orders held by the courier. These orders are eligible for a 50% refund upon reaching our warehouse and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The BOVEM™ Limited Warranty.
BOVEM™ warrants the product listed below to be free from defects in workmanship and material for the applicable Warranty Period.
If a defect occurs under normal circumstances during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product or part. we may not be able to replace limited edition or discontinued products, in which case we will notify you and warranty such products with an equivalent model based on availability.
If your warranty request is approved, the coverage under this Limited Warranty shall continue for six months following the replacement's receipt or the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is greater.

Be sure to include: (1) Your name, (2) Order Number, (3) the product(s) purchased, (4) the name of seller (if the product was purchased from an authorised BOVEM™ retailer, (5) proof of product purchase, (6) product purchase date, (7) a brief description of the problem experienced along with a photo (or video).
If your warranty request is approved, we will send you an email to inform you of your request process. We generally will notify you of our decision regarding your warranty claim within 5-7 business days.
Warranty Disclaimer, Exclusions and Policies.
There are no express warranties other than the BOVEM™ Limited Warranty on this page. This Limited Warranty does not apply to defects or failures caused by (1) normal wear and tear; (2) accidents; (3) misuse (including failure to maintain the product in accordance with the user guides); (4) neglect; (5) disassembly; (6) alterations; and (7) external causes such as but not limited to, water damage, exposure to sharp objects, exposure to excessive force, anomalies in the electrical current supplied to the product and thermal or environmental conditions, or (9) other circumstance beyond our control. This warranty does not apply if you purchased your product other than from our website or an authorised retailer.
