Shipping policy

  • Bovem ships worldwide from Singapore with free standard shipping and express shipping supported by SingPost, Aramex and Janio.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.
  • Once your order is processed, your product will be shipped out the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • Please note that some countries require the buyer to pay customs fees. All fees imposed during shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you decline to pay for the custom fees and customs is holding your package, customs will deem the package abandoned and you will NOT receive a refund.
  • Note that we aim to exceed these timeframes, but many aspects of shipping are out of our control.
  • Please note that due to the impact that COVID-19 has on global shipping lines, we are unable to guarantee shipping timeframes. We do not provide refunds due to delays.


Regular shipping time after your order is processed is as follows:

Singapore: 3 business days

International Express: 3-8 business days

International Standard: 7-18 business days

If you have opted for Express Delivery but Aramex is unable to deliver to your location, we reserve our rights to ship your order via Standard Mail.

It will be your sole responsibility to ensure that accurate shipping information is furnished at the time of order.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

The status of the order can be found under Order History. A confirmation email of your order will also be sent to you upon successful checkout.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another email with your tracking information.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment, please contact us at for more information.

Customs & Regulations

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific destination or region.
