Subscription policy

With each subscription purchase, you agree that each subscription order automatically renews unless you opt for it to be cancelled or BOVEM terminates it in accordance with the stated terms.

BOVEM will automatically renew your Subscription / Replenishment Order and charge your Payment Method depending on shipping frequency you chose and authorised when agreeing to the automatic renewal of your order during the Subscription Order sign-up process. Your default payment method will be charged at least one business day prior to the Subscription shipment date. We will charge your Payment Method with the corresponding cost, along with shipping and handling costs and sales or taxes that may be charged with your order.

If you do not wish to be charged, you must cancel your Order as below (refer to Cancellation paragraph). Your Payment Method will continue to be billed on a recurring basis (based on your order and shipping frequency selected) until a cancellation request is processed.

Pausing, Resumption of Subscription & Frequency

Customers will be shipped a subscription pack based on their shipping frequency chosen in the account. Should customers seek to temporary pause the Subscription Order, email us at support@bovem.co. During this period, customers may continue to receive communications from BOVEM via email but will not be charged any fees. Customers may resume receiving BOVEM emails by emailing us at support@bovem.co.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription Order at any time via email at support@bovem.co. Cancellation requests may take up to five (5) business days to process. If you have any problems, please email us at support@bovem.co.
